Week 8: Leveling up!

I completed the first week of my fitness challenge! Some days it was hard but I still got it done. Not having to make my own plan really lowered my effort level, which is going to be super helpful over the next month when I'm working pretty much the whole month straight.


I'm also adding a new goal this week: in addition to hitting all my workouts for my plan, I want to hit my step goal of 7,500 steps every day. It's not going to be easy since my lunch breaks will soon be shrinking and my workload will be crazy, but it'll be nice to have something to focus on outside of the work craziness.


I've always found that exercise really helps me deal with stress better and keep things leveled out, so I'm really trying to prioritize fitness as I enter this crazy month. I'm also going to do a destress write up later in the month on how I cope with stress (ya know, in between the stress haha!).


Lastly, I want to give a PSA that this will be the last post that will appear on my Milkshake site. Don't worry, they're not going away, but you'll have a new location to go to to see them, so stay tuned for that.
