Week 5: It's The Final Countdown

This week is my last FitSquad class, then our instructor is going to Scotland for a month! *Cries* They haven't announced what'll be offered in the fall yet, so we don't know if we'll get our class again *cries more*.


I'm trying to finish strong and keep my momentum up at least until my vacation the 2nd week in June. I try my best not to be too hard on myself when I'm on vacation so I truly take a break. I have some workouts planned for the trip but not my usual rigidity/intensity.

I did pretty well this past week, I delayed my Thursday stretch day to Saturday, also had to miss my mobility day completely because I had to take a COVID test (negative! Yay!) and I even added some extra cardio on Saturday morning in addition to Friday morning! Probably going to make that part of my regular schedule now, whether it's an intense cardio Barre class like I did Saturday, or just a long walk on the beach/around the neighborhood.
