Still Slacking

Hi everyone!


Sorry I've been pretty MIA, I thought things would slow down at work but alas they did not.


It's also been really physical, lots of standing and walking so it's been hard to balance what kind of workouts to do. So for me I'll just be doing yoga and stretching, but I made a regular playlist for you guys. At some point I will get back on my plan (breakdown in the previous post), but for now I'm going to try to just move my body a little bit when I can and just power through until I can get back in the swing of things.
