I had a bit of a health scare last Sunday so I ended up taking it a little easy this week. Monday & Wednesday I just did the outdoor yoga class at my work, then on the other days I rounded out my Bridal Barre Challenge! I also didn't stretch Friday night because I went out with friends right after my workout. BIG mistake, I had to skip Saturday because of how sore I was. Tonight I will do the last workout in my challenge after the full moon in Aries ceremony I'm attending at my yoga studio.
After today it's on me! I'm nervous but excited, I create workout plans every week for you all, it shouldn't be hard to make and stick to one for myself. And I'm going on vacation this Friday so things will be more flexible this and part of next week, which makes it easier. I'm going to Austin, Texas, so if you have any recommendations please let me know here or on Instagram! I'm planning on going paddleboarding and trying to get some cardio in at the hotel. I also walk a lot on vacation so I'll get some movement in.
This week I'm planning on doing two a days to get in some last-minute fat-burning in before I hit the rooftop pool. I also got an offer to do a $15 pilates class at a place where it usually costs $40/class or $150/month so I'm doing that Wednesday which will be fun and different from what I normally do. I’m also hoping it’ll be far enough away from my flight that I won’t be stiff and uncomfortable.
I gotta get back to packing and prep, this week's playlist will be two weeks long since I'll still be in Texas next Sunday. Have a great two weeks and see you later!
