Finally On The Mend

I'm finally starting to feel normal again. I still have to pop my ears a lot and my sinuses are uncomfortable, but it's not nearly as bad as it was last week. I only managed one gentle yoga video this week, but on Friday and Saturday I walked A LOT so I got some movement in.


I also took some time to reflect on my goals for the upcoming year. I have three fitness goals that I've outlined, and I'm still working on my health, wellness, and financial goals. I'm planning on doing a separate post on each of those, including a breakdown of how I'm planning on reaching that goal, and for the one I want to accomplish first my time frames that I have set in my notebook that I talked about last week. I also have some more habit based goals that I'm hoping to build on next year that'll help my overall wellbeing.


I'm also going to start an email list in the new year so we can keep in touch better and help keep each other accountable and to lift each other up when we need it! You know what they say: if you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together.
