I started off really well this week, but Thursday I started feeling under the weather and things kind of went down hill from there. I'm finally feeling better today (Saturday) and I think I'll get back into the swing of things next week.
Sadly there's been no update on our outdoor yoga *cries* I'm really bummed.
This week I realized I should really push myself more, especially in the cardio department and in the diet department. Currently, I'm trying to lose a little weight but also maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle without stressing too much or putting too many restrictions on myself. But on that same note, I have been feeling very anxious and stressed this past week and a half, so I ended up having to take some of the pressure of myself. So remember to work toward your goals, but also make sure you give yourself grace while you are working to get there. I know this has been a repeating theme on the blog lately, but its what I'm really struggling with right now so I'm hoping by talking about it more I will have to confront this and give myself more grace.
Another thing I've been doing lately is planning my workouts two weeks in advance, so then if I run out of time during one week I have a cushion until I get a chance to create a new schedule for myself, so if you're not using the weekly schedule I put out you should give this a shot.
